Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential and commercial electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical equipment and circuits.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or needed repairs.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
