Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise installations
- Comply with all NEC and Virginia electrical safety codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on large-scale projects while maintaining quality standards
- Document work progress and maintain client communication
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials at job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia electrician license (Master/Journeyman)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within Virginia
- Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
