Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and devices according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Inspect electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, and other wiring, to ensure functionality and safety.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on both commercial and residential properties.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and specifications to determine the best course of action for electrical tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Nevada.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, blueprints, and NEC codes.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
