Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, devices, and fixtures throughout residential and commercial properties.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and any on-site concerns.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent valid state license).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
