Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Title 24.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Prepare detailed work orders and submit accurate time logs for weekly payroll processing.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable field experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and local building codes.
- Skills: Proficiency with modern electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
