Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects and system upgrades
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school certificate or apprenticeship completion preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Washington State Electrician certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
