Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with project teams
- Document work orders and maintain safety protocols
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
