Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project status clearly to clients.
- Assist in training junior apprentices and ensuring team safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field.
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers, wiring, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
