Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts, excavators) with precision and safety
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA and company standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material preparation
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form installation
- Document daily progress and material usage through digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Availability for 10-12 hour shifts with occasional weekend work
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
