Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise execution
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety regulations (NEC, OSHA)
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for seamless project delivery
- Document work progress, materials used, and safety protocols
- Mentor junior electricians and enforce best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
