Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following OSHA safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of electrical systems and components.
- Prepare and organize job sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Learn and utilize various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler or tape measure.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Must be willing to obtain required state licensure and apprenticeship certification.
- Strong desire to learn, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
