Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (hammers, saws, levels) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
- Learn and apply basic construction techniques
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
