Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe replacements, and fixture installations during night shifts
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced tools and diagnostic techniques
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and emergency response
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes in after-hours environments
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10 certification and backflow prevention certification
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and video inspection
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for high-pressure emergency scenarios
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication skills for client interactions during night shifts
