Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using proper equipment
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and power tools under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging trenches, pouring concrete, and framing
- Participate in daily team briefings and complete progress reports
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
