Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic construction tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and communicate effectively with team leads
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Participate in scaffolding setup and basic structural assembly
- Adhere to environmental regulations and waste management procedures
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with clean record
