Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and OSHA safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Supervise apprentice electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years as a certified Journeyman Electrician
- Valid Minnesota electrical license (or reciprocity-ready)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
