Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Participate in framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Complete daily reports and communicate project progress to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
