Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) as directed by supervisors
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws) after proper training
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
