Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation tasks including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols, project schedules, and site instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform strenuous manual labor outdoors.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material handling.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting.
