Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Mix and pour concrete, install scaffolding, and perform basic framing tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Complete daily maintenance checks on tools and machinery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred but not required
- Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA guidelines
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
