Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, carrying materials (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand/power tools
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read basic blueprints and construction documents under supervision
- Participate in concrete pouring, framing support, and finish work preparation
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and tool inspections
- Adapt to changing project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
