Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and control wiring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure full compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Ohio (Master license preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
