Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided upon hire)
