Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery under supervision
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and practices
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours
