Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute installations
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards (NEC compliance)
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and installations
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
