Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Participate in scaffold setup/teardown and material transportation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support various trades (carpentry, masonry, plumbing) as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior experience required – training provided
