Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site safety maintenance
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Participate in scaffold setup and material staging operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support crew members in completing daily project milestones
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
