Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Handle and transport construction materials (concrete, lumber, tools)
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and power washers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety standards
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Perform general cleanup and waste management duties
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
