Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow site-specific instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in Miami's climate
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
