Responsibilities

- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and demolition
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed throughout projects
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills for teamwork
- Willingness to work in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the US
