Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to ensure code compliance
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
