Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and demolition tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read basic blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general cleanup and waste disposal at project sites
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
