Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, compactors) under supervision
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols on active construction sites
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, demolition, and material lifting
- Maintain organized tool sheds and project documentation
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas Valley
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
