Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all projects
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
- Provide excellent customer service during service calls
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DC
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- No experience necessary – training provided!
