Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks accurately
- Participate in scaffold setup, trench digging, and concrete pouring as needed

Qualifications
