Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain safety protocols and organized work zones
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Assist in building scaffolding and temporary structures
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (entry-level)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
