Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance
- Support excavation, grading, and basic carpentry operations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to safety and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
