Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on job sites
- Prepare materials and clean work areas
- Load/unload construction supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Perform basic excavation, trenching, and demolition tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and measurement skills
