Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support team members to meet daily project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
