Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow detailed safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing tasks
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Participate in team-based construction projects on commercial/residential sites
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and various weather
