Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with daily construction tasks
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and site preparation work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
