Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation including excavation, trenching, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard recognition
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
