Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform routine site cleanup and debris removal
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic mechanical aptitude
