Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic construction equipment safely under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Support team members in completing projects on schedule
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas Metroplex
- Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
