Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety protocols
- Perform trenching, shoring, and excavation support tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and site-specific regulations
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain organized job site and equipment storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
