Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks (framing, concrete work)
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to workplace safety and protocols
