Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, shovels)
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite following OSHA standards
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to project schedules and safety protocols
- Participate in team briefings and on-the-job training sessions
Qualifications
