Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans under supervision
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery with training
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Participate in daily safety briefings and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards
- Willingness to travel to California project sites as needed
