Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including digging, lifting materials, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by clearing debris and following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from site supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily availability
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
- No prior experience required – training provided
