Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment
- Perform site maintenance and debris removal
- Support various construction tasks as directed by site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Boston/VA
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
